The one-hour documentary, “Behind the Counter: The Untold Story of Franchising,” premiering Wednesday, December 15th at 9PM ET/PT and reported by CNBC’s Darren Rovell, will explore how franchising has grown into a way of doing “big business” for companies—small and large—in the United States as a way to expand market share.
